fnf +c week 7

the +c version of week 7 not done yet but here's v 1 it is its own mod due to the different way the week 7 build handles files also I'm not done with v5 for the regular +c mod yet  so ya have fun idk (also it tends to crash when loading that's a thing with the build not the mod )
